HOW CAN WE HELP?
What is Pantry Box? Each month Pantry Box posts out 4-6 full sized products from small business producers around New Zealand. We find treasures that you may never discover if you are not in that region.
What is inside each box? Each month there is a different theme, so that you don't end up with a cupboard full of spices! Check out the past boxes page to view the variety.
Can I sign up for one box? Check out the ‘One off Boxes’ page. There you will find full sized boxes of our past months treats as well as mini boxes.
My jar/packet/item is damaged. Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo's of the damaged goods.
Is the food gluten/dairy/egg free? Every effort is made to ensure a wide variety of items are included. However, there is no guarantee that all dietary requirements can be catered for. If you are unsure about the contents of a product, please contact us at email@example.com. Every effort will be made to substitute the product. Consumers need to be aware that foods may have come into contact with allergens during processing. As a retailer, Pantry Box takes no responsibility from goods consumed.
If you do receive something that you can't eat, just remember, these treats make great presents, so pass them on!
How much does Pantry Box cost? Subscriptions are $34.95 per month (+ $5 flat fee postage).
How does billing work? Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 5th of the month. The billing will show on your bank statement as Pantry Box, Toko.
When is the deadline? Subscriptions are open until the months theme has sold out. A new month means a new theme, but if you miss out, check out the ‘One off Boxes' page to discover some of the past treats still for sale.
How can I cancel my subscription? If you need to cancel or adjust your subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I change the debit/credit card on my subscription? Please email email@example.com. You will be sent a link which securely allows you to change this.
How do I receive a refund? We hope that you love your box so much this won't be an option. However, if there is something wrong, or there is any way we can help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We don't provide refunds for change of mind.
How long will my package take to arrive? To start your month with a bang, boxes are posted on the last working day of the previous month. Urban addresses should take between 1-3 days to receive, whereas rural addresses will be between 3-5 days.
Where is my package? If your package hasn't arrived by the 2nd week of the month, please email email@example.com.
